Meet our Team
He may wear many hats, but don't let his smile fool you. Garrett Davis has been growing his business for over 25 years! He holds his state issued brokers license and loves to help where-ever he can when it comes to investors, property owners alike & tenants. In between managing his own personal properties & many other properties as well, he runs his Pineapple Real Estate Firm & helps other owners & investors with their portfolios. When he does have free time, he enjoys spending time with his family & taking bike rides on his Harley. Don't be surprised if he is wearing a Harley shirt!
Samantha is your go-to for anything tenant related. She is our direct liaison between tenants & management. She has over 10 years of property management experience in: Section 8, Section 42 & Market rate rentals. She prides herself on doing it right the first time & has years of knowledge in the property management lifestyle. She loves helping others. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her little, & going on adventures whenever & where-ever she can.
